About Me

Originally from Santa Cruz, California I have lived all over the west coast and currently reside in Seattle WA.  Growing up, I attended an arts high school that exposed me to a lot of theater which inevitably caused me to be bitten by the acting "bug".

During my senior year of high school I was playing Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream when my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  Instead of going to college right away, I decided to stay close to home to be with family.  This series of events fueled my passion to pursue acting even more.  I took classes and worked in the community theatre scene, and luckily this lead to three schools at which I received my formal training.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornish College of the Arts in 2011 with a BFA in Acting.  During my senior year I worked as a teacher’s assistant to Kate Myre, junior voice and speech teacher, and I was awarded a teaching internship position with Seattle Children’s Theatre.  I was also fortunate enough to be selected to co-teach an audition techniques class with Keni Cohen.
